Returns

Returns are offered on all full priced items within 14 days of the date of delivery. 

Return items must be sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns are to be sent back at the buyers expense and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns will not be offered for:

• any item that is damaged, not in its original condition or missing parts
• items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery
• sale items or items purchased during a sale, as part of a  discounted promotion or bundle deal.

Customers will be notified via email if their return has been approved for a refund. Full refunds (minus shipping costs) will be processed within five business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the return funds to appear in your bank account.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items.
